“Had this jacket for a while and didn't wear it. Luckily I didn't take off the tags and STP, being a great retailer, exchanged it for a smaller size. About the sizing...Lafayette 148 sizes their clothing true to size. That means they use the standard from a decade ago not the nonsense that is being used now by many companies to make everyone feel better about gaining weight. I am a size 4 or 6 in clothing but in Lafayette 148 I am a 10. Everyone gets their wake up call! The material is what I would call a boucle with gold threads running through it, which happens to look better in the jacket than it does in the skirt. The material and workmanship are first rate. It's amazing how exceptional a quality garment feels and looks. I'll probably start wearing it with jeans to get more use out of it. I also bought the skirt to make a suit as STP's prices are unbelievable (compared to the sticker shock on the tag of the garment from the manufacturer).”
