Fit out of the box! Walked around all day ! I wear a 7 1/2 to a 8 in size. Got a size 8. Fit great! LOVE THEM!

I bought these shoes a while ago and wanted to wait until I had really used them before I reviewed them - they are great! They are so comfortable that I wondered what I was wearing before I had them. They have great arch support and I put them on every time I go for my long fast walks and my weekend leisure walks. I took out one pair of the laces, seemed redundant, and then I have an extra pair if these wear out. Also the laces tuck up under a little pouch to get out of the way. I love the color, they are leightweight and my feet don't feel strain. They really were a good buy.

Although the manufacturer's description suggests ordering 1/2 size down, I followed the suggestions of some other reviewers and did not size down. Mistake! In nearly every brand of shoe, I wear a sz 10. In this brand however, my usual sz was 1/2 sz too big and slightly wide. So do size down!!! Having said that, this shoe is great. Super lightweight, yet supportive, and I have weak ankles. I am debating purchasing another pair, I like them so much. A thick pair of socks mostly alleviates the extra room.

use on the trail or wear it to the mall!

I ran in the Vasque Amps for years, then those were discontinued. Moved on to the Montrail Hardrocks but I didn't want to pay full price anymore as fast as I go through trail shoes. The LaFumas are just like those shoes listed above. On the heavier side but I like that for ankle stability and long distance runs/races. You don't get the ankle fatigue you get in lighter weight shoes. I had never heard of this brand before but it's a great find, I bought 4 pairs!! I found this shoe to be true to size. I am usually a 9, 9.5. I bought both sizes so I could decide on one. They both fit fine.

Nice looks, but couldn't squeeze my 13 yr old daughter into them. She said the width was tight and her toes were bunched up in the end and this is her usual shoe size. Had to return. Order a 1/2 or 1 size up?????????

Tight fit, great looking, uncomfortable at toe box, would recommend ordering 1/2 size up. May need heavier socks for toe area. I had to return them though I liked the look.

I bought these for my girlfriend in blue, and she absolutely loves the way they feel on her feet and loves the look!
