My 4 year old will use this bag, concerned that it may not be warm enough for the conditions, yet it seems the right size and easy to use for the next few years.

Recently bought three of these bags for the kids to use when backpacking. The price is great (was considering brand by manufacturer that makes a model named after a Winne the Pooh character, but price was too steep) and they are light enough for kids to carry. As other reviewers have noted, the stuff sack is too small for kids to use. Adults will have no problem. The 35 degree rating is extremely optimistic in my opinion. The bags just do not have enough loft/insulation for this rating. I would give it a 45 to 50 degree rating (with the exception of the foot box which is generously insulated -- odd when the rest is not). All in all I think these will be great backpacking bags for the kids due to design, cut, weight and cinching hood as long as we keep it to warm seasons.

Great bag from my 8 year old son - do not think it would fit anyone taller than 5 feet. My son is not able to stuff the sleeping bag in the sack provided.

My kid thinks it is the bomb. I think the description says it is 5'7", I am skeptical that it would accomodate a person that tall. I am guessing 5' would be the limit. It does pack compactly in the stuff sack. Caveat, no little kid or weak-handed adult will be able to stuff it into the stuff sack. Great quality for price and I anticipate many years of use.
