They are comfortable and warm boots. I have used them in light snowfall and cold weather. I bought one half size larger based on other reviews. The fit (sizing) is slightly large for my foot, yet allow for warm socks to be worn, so it feels good. The boot height likely won't be great for deep snow, unless covered by snow pants or gaiters. They are stylish enough to be worn with a casual skirt or dress.

I have the taller version of these boots in a different color, and I really like them a lot. This shorter version is more convenient for light snow and commuting and I love the purple. You should order at least one half size up with these. They are very warm and easy to get on/off.
