Lafuma Sky Race OT Trail Running Shoes - Waterproof (For Men)

The shoelace mechanism is something that will confuse you at first. I'm still getting used to it after about 5 wears. I'm considering taking it out to replace it with traditional laces since I don't feel a ton of high foot support. Stepping on some logs and branches, I didn't feel as much stability as I would like. Overall though, the product is solid. The true test will be to see how they hold up to the long term. Also, I haven't got them saturated yet, so I'm unsure as to how waterproof they are.

I have used them on rocky trails and mountain paths. The lacing system is very handy though it needs some improvements on the lace locks. Order half size smaller(view lafuma sizing charts and measure your foot. Sizes are true). It has a very good grip but still needs a click to reach "salomon xa pro 3d gtx". Still a very good shoe and even better if you can get it in such low price (~73USD).

Look and feel great right out of the box. Cagey setup for laces.

Great shoe. Being a Solomon lover, I was hesitant to buy a dofferent shoe, but it's great so far!

The shoes began to leak after being worn two or three times in sloppy, wet slushy weather. Back they go.

Keeps feet dry running through wet snow. I bought for winter running as well as for summer backpacking. Loose in the heel area but still works well.

fun in the trails

Bought these shoes because they were water resistant for running outside. They were so comfortable I wear them for casual use. The bright colors get comments, but they are very comfortable, and seem to keep the water out. The lacing system is different, but not a problem.

In my previous review I complained about the defective lacing system [...].BTW, the shoe is great otherwise.
