“The shoelace mechanism is something that will confuse you at first. I'm still getting used to it after about 5 wears. I'm considering taking it out to replace it with traditional laces since I don't feel a ton of high foot support. Stepping on some logs and branches, I didn't feel as much stability as I would like. Overall though, the product is solid. The true test will be to see how they hold up to the long term. Also, I haven't got them saturated yet, so I'm unsure as to how waterproof they are.”
