    The bottle is a good alternative for a bota bag. I have already used it for wine on a hike, without the weight of the glass bottle. There was no taste from the container at all and no leaking from the lid. This will definitely be in my backpack for day hikes and multi-day hikes.

    A contemporary version of the old GAZ aluminum wine flask. Not insulated but works fine for white wines when chilled in a refrigerator, cooler, or set outdoors in cold weather. Strong leak proof top, rugged aluminum (coated interior) construction. My wife has two of the older GAZ flasks and has been envied by her female friends for these older flasks for years.

    Great looking. I live in Florida and I'll carry this around with me in my everyday travels when the weather gets warmer. I ordered 2 and happy that I did. I drink a lot of water when I'm on the trails and not sure if this will be enough for me - I normally use my military water bottle but we'll see!!!
