  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. really short, nice fleece
Verified Buyer Reviewed by jim from colorado on Thursday, March 23, 2017
This seemed like a well constructed product, fleece lined and very soft. The big problem was the sizing. I am a fairly consistent 11 1/2. Many times sizes skip from 11 to 12, so I usually end up with a 12 as in this case. When I put this on, and I bought two pairs and they were both like this, they were so small that my big toe pushed the suede toe pocket at least an inch past the front of the sole. These were at least a size and a half small, and a 13 was not offered. Very disappointing since I love fleece slippers, and mine are wearing out.

These slippers are made with the finest materials. They are high quality, comfortable, warm and an incredible find.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Hubby likes them!

I was looking for a size 13 in real sheepskin, no synthetic fleece liner. These were the only real sheepskin slippers in a 13 and they scored with my hubby. He says they're soft and comfortable and warm. They look a better than they do online--I thought they were kinda dorky in the pic. Pleasant surprise!
  • 1.0 out of 5 stars. These were made for a human foot?
Reviewed by Desert Dave from Carson City NV on Wednesday, February 1, 2017
Don't do it....not sure who or what foot they were designed to fit but not a human foot thats for sure. The details: the toe box is tight, it narrows down....the heel cup is....not a cup. Think flip flops on how they feel when walking. Your heel is not retained at all. It comes out completely on every step. So the heel is very loose. The insole and foot bed is completely flat...like a board. It has no cushion effect from the sole or foot bed. Its hard as a rock. Then there is the "lambskin" lining... hmmmm...highly suspect on this being shearling. If it is, its pretty low quality sheep skin. It feels faux. its not nearly as soft as lambskin. It is not thick like lambskin...it does not have the springiness or cushion of lambskin....I know, I own lambskin slippers lol! Even for $29 they are a huge disappointment.....headed back to the ranch.
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. OK quality, fit is strange

The shearling in these slippers is good quality and the overall construction is acceptable (soles are glued on, not stitched). The sizing was a little on the small side, but the main drawback of these is the disproportionately loose heel portion of the slipper. Even with a slightly tight forefoot, the shoe flops up and down off the back of the ankle. For the right price and if your only requirement for these is that they keep your toes warm while drinking your morning coffee, these are perfectly acceptable. I would Highly recommend NOT buying them for anyone who has mobility issues or is prone to instability on their feet because the floppy nature of these slippers almost guarantees a fall at some point.
