    Our daughter made something similiar years ago and we are still using it. Have been trying to find like the one she made and this is the closest at the best price. We love it for kitchen and outdoors (keeps the wind from blowing napkins everywhere) Only one disavantage - it does not have anything to keep the lever to hold down napkins on the two posts.

    My mom had one of these and I liked it, so I was glad to find on at such a good price. It takes up a little more space than a vertical holder, but it's a lot easier to use. The upright posts can be rotated, which seems strange, but it doesn't effect the function. It looks really nice.
