    Lamson makes rock solid products and backs them 100%. I have 7 of them in different styles and sizes. The conical drag system is awesome and the oversized spool (large arbor) is great for picking up line quickly. The hard alox is scratch resistent and holds up over time. If I had to pick a fault with the Velocity, it is a noisier than my others. It isn't annoying or a problem, just is louder than others. They changed this with the new model, but for $100 off I can deal with it!
