“A great reel at a bargain price. Reel is so light and compact, you can use it for smaller wt line than the ratings suggest. I just bought my second V3 - the first has 7wt line, and the new one will be spooled with 5wt nymph line - and the reel is still lighter than most models rated for 4-5wt. The entire reel at Sierra is the same price as just a spool elsewhere.”
