    this sharpener works well but i like the ones with the round holes in the stone a little better. it's a little gritty at first, then after one or two sharpens it works better. i use a med. then fine

    Fine stone is too coarse, Medium stone too coarse

    The stones are a nice size but the fine grit is too coarse to put a polished edge on the knife.
