    Bought these for my knife abusing cousin so he can maintain the henckels santuko i gave him. Hopefully he will maintain the edges properly so I won't have to regrind his knives so soon again. Hate to see a nice tool abused from lack of care. Now he has no excuse....

  • Need "ultra fine" for keen edges

    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    The course is pretty course, and the fine is not that fine. Good for rought instruments, knives, garden tools, etc. If you want a really nice edge, however, you need an ultra fine grit -- and that's just not part of this cheap and convenient 3-pack.

    Cheap, taking hunting as theyare compact and light. Had trouble with the fine edge of my hunting blade catching on the edge of the holes. Suggest you sharpen your old knives first to take off the diamond burrs before using it on your best knife
