If I could rate these boots with more than 5 stars, I would do that. I have owned many pairs of cowboy boots, and lace-ups, and have worked in the horse industry. In the past I have owned other brands, and even have another set of Laredos (round toe), but this style/model is far superior in comfort. They do not cause me ANY discomfort. Not in the feet, not in the knees, no where. My other pair of Laredos do get uncomfortable after a short time, but these are all-day everyday boots.

Ok they're men's boots, but they're GORGEOUS, so I bought them anyway! Actually I have a very wide foot so I find it very difficult to find women's shoes and boots to fit my feet. Even the women's wide width is often too narrow for me. Hence I now look in both the women's AND the men's for my footwear. Really you can't ever tell the difference (unless you're buying dress shoes, obviously). All I care about is comfort and quality, and these boots have both. The turquoise color is absolutely gorgeous, and honestly, I don't know any men who would wear these boots as I think they pass easily as more of a women's boot (no offense to any men who bought these!) These boots are nice and wide, and still comfortable even if I wear them with thick socks. They slip a tiny bit in the heel, but it's really not bad and doesn't cause my any problems that a simple heel pad wouldn't be able to fix. They're wide in the calf and very easy to pull on and kick oiff. And i got them for a great price! Very happy with these beautiful boots!
