    Pros:
Convenient back-of-head adjustment, Good ventilation, Lightweight, Nice fit system/pads
    Cons:
    Poor instruction straps
    Best Uses:
Everyday riding, Road cycling, Warm Weather
    Describe Yourself:
    Avid Cyclist
    Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
At first the helmet looked awkward. It took some time to figure out how to adjust the straps; however, once the straps were done, everything was great. The ventilation is excellent and the back adjustment system is very easy to use and can be adjusted on the fly. The net padding is very comfortable and drys fairly rapidly. Once the fit was dialed in, I forgot I had it on. My friends are shock because I wear this helmet every time I ride now and I use to never wear a helmet unless I had to. I vary in wearing a skull cap, bandanna, or a headband underneath this helmet and the quick adjustment knob easily facilitates for the change. This was definitely a good buy. I even bought one for my wife who is very surprised by how well the helmet works.

This helmet has a great fit. The back of the head adjustment isn't as good as the LAS Squalo, but for this price [$]this can't be beat. I have used Giro Helmets, most recently the Animas, and this helmet has a much better fit.

Though I'll be using this for races, I also use this helmet day-to-day. I've owned 4 helmets previously and all have felt uncomfortable/heavy or difficult to adjust. Those were mostly in the $30-$0 range. This is my first higher-end helmet [thanks sierra for the huge deal!] I was surprised to receive a carrying pouch with it, which I probably won't use but it was a nice touch.I was skeptical of the one-size-fits-all since my noggin is larger, but it's perfect. I literally put this helmet on and with no adjustments to the straps it fit perfectly. This is made in Italy, so I suspect that sets it apart from the myriad of [*]helmets. Also, the padding is CoolMax which will hopefully [I haven't ridden in the searing NYC heat yet to test it] help to wick away sweat. One star off for: No visor [you can buy this after-market for $7], and I wish it was available in matte black or something other than all those silly bright colors, but I suppose that is for visibility safety as well. The white/blue combo I have is better than expected. I would not buy this at retail/full price, but that's why I shop here and not elsewhere. Great value.
