Since the trails are not open in my area yet I have only used this helmet for road riding. Very comfortable and very well ventilated. My old helmet was a Bell Gishallo which I thought was very nice and I have to rate this one above that.

First, the helmet I received had defective graphics, lines missing/screwed up. This was an obvious reject from LAS that they wouldn't allow to be sold. Second, I am a triathlete and in T1 I don't want to fumble with finding the chin buckle which is off to one side, not directly in the center. Also, the back adjustment is very difficult to turn, unless that is another defective part of the helmet. I'm used to just a quick adjustment, this knob hurt to turn.

The LAS Squalo helmet has been decribed to me as aggro, and ventilated. I felt that aggro was an unnecessary term. The helmet will definitely turn heads. It looks different than most other helmets I've worn. Instead of sleak open vents, the vents seem angular and remind me of air-intake scoops on cars and jets. It seems a tad bulky to me, so I would tend to lean toward an MTB application, though I'm most certain that the pro-tour has it's share of LAS helmets in the pelaton. It could be better ventilated. I have some experience with super-vented helmets (e.g. Giro Atmos) and it doesn't vent as well as that helmet. The helmet, however, has a much better fit, and a more versatile set of pads (both winter and summer). I am excited to wear this helmet some more.

Probably the most comfortable helmet I have worn. The strap seems big and clunky at first when I was adjusting, but once wearing the helmet and riding I was not an issue.

Daily exercise rides.

Very nice helmet for the price. I have never found bike helmets to be too comfortable, but this one is so light, and the padding is so good, that at times, it doesn't even feel like you are wearing a shell. The ventalation is great, and this will quickly become my go-to road helmet. Wonderful deal for the quality.

I don't have abnormally big head but I couldn't get this to fit me at all. This says universal fit for men and women but it was too small.

Most helmets usually don't fit my head very well, from the cheap to the very expensive. This one fits perfectly. On long rides it fits so well as to not be noticed.

This helmet is the most comfortable helmet I've ever worn. Everything in the design is well thought out and looks great. I don't have a single complaint and have been blown away by the quality. If you're looking for a great helmet don't hesitate, this is the one!

Great Helmet. This is the best fitting helmet that I have owned, I loved it as soon as I put it on, it has a very unique fit system that works really well, and of course never underestimate the power of cool euro styling.
