Latico Bettina Pocket Tote Bag - Leather

I really love this bag and have been using non-stop since I received it. The quality is great, plenty of room, and it goes with everything. I think it's more of a sign of bringing home too much work - but the metal clasp on the shoulder strap broke on my way out of the office on Friday. Luckily the handles aren't going anywhere. I plan to bring it in to have it fixed right away. The leather is great quality - probably better than the work I have to do this weekend :)

I bought this so I could consolidate my purse and diaper bag, and it's perfect. It's pretty big, but not outrageously so, and the compartment options are excellent: giant main compartment with large easy-access pockets (three of them) on the outside. Nice leather, cute lining, good construction. The shoulder strap could be wider or have padding, considering how heavy this thing might get at times, but it does have handles as well, and that's my only complaint.

I have a wallet this same brand, so was sure I'd be getting a top notch item. This bag is gorgeous leather. I really love the liner material. It is a great bag for going to and from work.

This is a great totebag for keeping essentials handy while traveling. There is plenty of room for notebooks, reading material, water bottle, etc and the organization is good so that smaller items like keys, pens, i-pods, & cell phone are always at hand. I will also use this when I attend conferences because it will useful for managing conference materials like the folders and other hand-outs that are always such an organizational challenge for me. The reviewer that complained about the leather looking worn must have misunderstood the description of "distressed leather," because this is not an issue - the leather is distressed but beautifully so. Latico quality is superb and the Sierra price is unbelievable. I am so glad I bought this bag!

I really wanted to like this bag. This bag has a beautiful color, pretty floral lining fabric, zippers everywhere to keep things safe, and two different types of straps. Unfortunately, the bag is just too large for my taste. I would recommend this bag for commuters or people who want a bag to carry their laptop, notebook, and books in a stylish way. Also, I felt like the long strap could be longer.

The purse is a nice size and color, but the leather is thin, stiff and shiney. I am not sure if it will soften with use. I still may return it

Used it on travel and for job interview, it was stylish and very accomodating, would like to have the straps a little longer

Love this bag! I got the butterscotch one for this summer and it's beautiful. The leather isn't quite as soft as my other Latico bag, but it feels a little more sturdy than that one. Great summer bag for traveling and work. Kind of want the black one as well now!

This bag is exactly what I expected, and what I needed: a black, leather bag suitable for work (i.e., carrying files and computer stuff back and forth). PLEASE DISREGARD THE REVIEW THAT SAID IT WAS POOR QUALITY --she didn't read the description, or look at the pictures and notice that the leather is distressed ("crinkled antiqued texture"), on purpose. Like all Latico merchandise, this bag is very well constructed, and the leather is beautiful. Of special note: the cotton lining is a fabulous floral print. I will always buy Latico when given a choice.

Ok, I found this bag at a ...[...]... I thought it was going to fall apart, but I needed a bag at that moment and here it was. I did like the color regardless, so I went for it. This thing has lasted for YEARS, and trust me, I am not easy on bags. I use it for day to day as well as plopping in my work or personal laptop for trips, in addition to documents, etc. I think one overnight trip I even had enough room to pack everything I needed (I DO pack light to be fair). Ok...the good: the color is cool, the inside fabric is pretty cool, too. The pockets are good, but I wanted like 2 more inside zipper pockets for things like lip gloss, change, wallet, etc... I walk around NYC and don't want the outside pockets exposed for fear of theft. The size is great, not too big, not too small. The handles are good for shoulder carrying and the strap is good for bike carrying (that's the only time I use it, but ironically, it doesn't get in the way, so I just leave it on. The front pocket w/ the magnetic catch sort of ripped away from the front (about 3 stitches on each side), but you can't really tell, and to be fair, I've beat the heck out of the bag (years of use and it only ripped a few months ago). The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars was bc I wanted it to have a few more zipper pockets on the inside.LOVED the bag!!!!
