Latico Candy Stripe Satchel - Nappa Leather, Zip Top

This is a great bag. I didn't keep it because I also ordered the open-top tote also by Latico. With both of them side-by-side, I found the other bag better suited my needs. The straps on this bag are too short to use as a shoulder bag. The compartments were great for someone who likes to stay organized and can use that feature. Lovely color and great quality!

This bag is lacking in several regards. The most obvious one is how short the strap is, considering it's a satchel. The straps are also round and rather thick. You won't be able to carry it on your shoulder. The workmanship is unexpectedly poor as well. At first glance, it looks nice and stylish, but the actual stitching is not well executed. I returned this item upon receiving it.

Purcahse for Christmas for my wife she loved it and I got a great price!

Not worth the [$] tag, but on sale, a wonderful bag.Interior is cotton, not a classy fabric, very stiff.

I love the color of the purse, but the strap fell off before I could even use it.

The leather is super soft and the purse is a nice size - not too large, but big enough to carry what you need. I bought this bag in purple and it is beautiful. On the flip side, the purse could use a center dividing pocket. However, I love this purse!

My first and last leather purse! It's great. Some people didn't like the strap length. Yeah, if you're wearing a thick coat it might not go over the shoulder (but most purses like that don't), but I think the strap is just fine. I wish there was brown left. I might buy that too!

This purse feels like you have had it forever when it arrives at your house. The leather is soft and comfortable, very easy to get in and out of, large area for stuff, and the handles are long enough to carry on your shoulder or carry in your hands-- however you like to do it.

This is a beautiful bag, totally ruined by ridiculously short straps. What was Latico thinking? If you like a bag that hangs on your forearm, this is the one for you. I did read the previous reviews and noted that someone suggested that the straps should be longer to accommodate wearing a coat. Frankly, these strap would need to be longer to accommodate weaing a swimsuit. Again, it's a beautiful bag but it's a handbag, as in "carry it in your hand." I packed it up and sent it back.

This was my Christmas present to myself! I looked long and hard before buying and I am so glad I did. This purse is well-made and will serve me for a long time! Soft and beautiful, I only wish the straps were a bit longer to accomodate winter coats.
