“Disappointed in quality, arrived crushed”

“I was very disappointed. The bag arrived crushed, with deep creases in the leather in bad places and the woven strips were twisted and curled up, showing that the leather was thin. The purple color was flat. I was expecting a deeper tone, thicker and more substantial leather, and higher quality construction. I also expected the bag to arrive looking new and it looked used (probably it was not stuffed with enough paper and it was stored improperly). Back it went.”
