Answer Yes. But don't expect a lot of room. This is a modern cut. It is slimmer fitting. It does not feature a bi-swing back, or any other tailoring feature that would facilitate a lot of arm swinging. This coat barely stretched across my back and shoulder, but left plenty of room in the front for belly expansion.
