I ordered the 46 R and had the sleeves shortened about a 1/2". I would give this suit a 5 star rating.

I ordered 3 suits from Sierra and all have been wonderfull. 44R fits me perfectly and I am 6' 230 lbs with a semi-athletic build (slight tire around the midsection)....these fit beautifully.
