    Although the jacket was listed as 40% SILK, it looked and felt like cashmere, which was only 10% of the material. The material was not pleasing to the eye, even though the quality was good.

    This is a beautiful sport coat. The only qualm I have is that I brought it to a tailor to be brought in at the mid-section (I'm a slim), but she informed me that I was limited to an inch or so because any further would require deconstructing the side vents. I chose to have the small alterations since the coat was such a good deal

    Jacket is incredibly soft and hangs well. Coupled with a navy blazer, provides an almost unlimited number of jacket, pants and tie combinations.

    Very nice coat in a great color for the fall and winter. Compared to two other Lauren coats I have purchased, this coat fit larger in the midsection and I needed to have it taken in on the sides. Sleeves also needed shortening but that is typical for a sportcoat.

    This is a somewhat more european/english style cut with the slanted pockets, ticket pocket, pick stitching details around the collar and the front edge of the coat bottom & side vents with just a bit of darts to taper the torso in. Seems a bit shorter in the body compared to other Lauren by RL items I've bought, but that's not a bad thing. It seems to fit the overall feel of the coat. Very nice feeling material yielding a very soft and luxurious take on the classic "grey flannel suit" idea.
