Nearly, but not quite, perfect

This is an excellent coat. For warmth and water- and wind-proof-ness, it's almost as good as the Army surplus overcoat I had in college (and that it higher praise than it sounds!)
One thing though: the buckles on the belt and sleeves are cheap plastic, and the belt buckle broke and disintegrated within a day. Went to the local surplus store and got a metal military buckle, asked my dry cleaner to put it on and voila!
