This coat is wonderful with classic good looks, and is exactly that I'd expect from such a garment. Being able to order it in an L size made for a perfect fit over suits, and its finish and detail are plenty competent. My only gripe is that not long into my wearing of the coat, each of the buttons lost their moorings and required reattachment. Not a huge deal but irritating. Nevertheless, when I see them on sale and in my size, I'm tempted to order another even though I already have one in each color. Highly recommended - I wouldn't be without one.

The only thing that I found wrong involved the buttons - the top button was loose and is about to fall off after wearing it over a few days. For the low price I paid I suppose I can get it fixed but it is inconvenient.

The length is perfect and there is plenty of room to wear over a suit coat. The materials are first rate, and it looks well made. The top coat is wonderfully warm in cold and windy weather. My husband is very pleased with this coat.

I keep one as a back-up for when the first one wears out (I like it that much). It's a beautiful, well-made, warm, comfortable coat. I receive compliments on it almost every time I wear it. The price at Sierra is pretty incredible; I've seen equivalents of these in stores at almost three times the price.

I'm 6'2" and the length is good - I got the Tall. Only thing I didn't like is the material seems pretty thin. I'm not sure how long it will hold up.

He is 6'4", so when I read one review saying that the sleeves were a little long, my hopes soared that I might have found a fit for my tall guy. He wears the coat several times a week, not just for special occasions, because it is really warm and because he says people treat him with respect when he wears it! He does look elegant in it with a pair of nice wool pants and good shoes, though I admit he wears it with jeans and his everyday shoes also, and the fit (I ordered the long length) is perfect.
