    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    The waist was a bit tight for 36" but the deal killer was the fit for my legs and crotch. The pants which were so tight I couldn't sit without worrying about tearing them. They would have been a very nice purchase if the fit was better - or I had a different, leaner shape.

    I really liked the fabric and style of these pants. The waist is absolutely true and fit well, at 35" I got 36" waist, but these trousers are a bit skinny legged and aren't cut for people with strong legs like hikers and weightlifters and outdoors types.

    After reading the reviews, I ordered size 36x30 for my husband who always wears 34x30. Unfortunately the pants were still too tight! I also ordered several other pairs from other brands such as Gramicci and Worn Octane (all from STP of course), and both brands fit him very well. These pants are very high quality, and I would recommend just as long as you know you have to size up.
