Reviewed by toad from Massacusetts on Tuesday, April 16, 2013These pants fit me well and look good. In my opinion, though, they are too light for winter wear. They should be fine for cool autumn days and the like, but won't cut it when things get really chilly.

The inseem seem to be a full size smaller.I I feel like a stuffed sausage in these..Will return for the next sixe up. I'm a really big fan of cords and these are really nice. The tan is very attractive...wash on cold and hang dry but be forewarned they are destined to shrink. For those with beefy legs ; could be dissapointed due to the ultra slim leg taper. Hope this helps!

Reviewed by greydog from Chicago on Friday, March 01, 2013I am a 33x31. I ordered a 34x32, and contrary to the care instructions washed them once in water without detergent and dried them on high. Nice fit. And without tailoring fees. There are not winter cords. They are no thicker than chinos, but that can be a plus. Three season use. The fit is tailored. None of that Maine woods, tent look. Price, cheaper than chinos, but with a dressier look. Do it.

Question “1 Do they have side pockets? One negative review complains of no pockets, but the picture clearly shows a buttoned hip pocket. The picture seems to show a side pocket, parallel to the seam, but there is no clear definition of the bottom of the opening.||2 Do they really have to be dry cleaned? I have never dry cleaned corduroys, including a microfiber pair from others that was sold as calling for it. They washed well, without differential shrinkage of inner parts.”

Answer We got a pair in black and yes, in deed, there are side pockets and back pockets. Front slash pockets follow the slimming, flat front design, so they are not apparent.
