“Fits more like an empire waist”

“I was looking foward so much to getting this sweater because it looked so much like "me" in the picture: one of my favorite colors, a sweater with an actual waist and a long flowing peplum. But when I received it and put it on, I was so disappointed. The waist was not at the actual waist,as shown in the picture, but was an empire style waist even though I had ordered my exact size. It was itchy too. Don't order it unless these things don't bother you.”
