Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The full size works for a queen also, which is what I was hoping. I like the design better in person. The material was a little thin so any design on the comfortor inside the duvet will show through, but it's fine for a plain comfortor. I bought it to give to a friend so am not sure how it actually sleeps as I haven't asked her...
