Verified Buyer Reviewed by Taters from WA State on Monday, February 11, 2013I had to return this bra. There is NO stretch to the band, which is a GOOD thing. But the band was too small for me (maybe I ordered too small) without any stretch. And the cups were a big small, too. But really, I was disappointed in the design. I thought the camisole part would be attached as part of the bra, but it was just floating over the top- like a regular camisole- and I'm guessing it would wear out quickly, with how much use my bras get. Pretty bra, just not for me.
Reviewed by Philly from Philadelphia on Saturday, January 19, 2013This was purchased as an option to layering a camisole under garments. I was surprised that it came in my hard-to-find size of 32 D. It has its good and bad points. It is a quality undergarment that fits me well--however the cups are stiff the lace, itchy. The lace also grabs certain clingy fabrics that it is worn under. Some people like formed cups so this feature will work for them. I,personally, prefer a good underwire and freeform cups. I will keep it. I simply will not be able to wear it in every situation.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by dahlia from New York City on Wednesday, January 9, 2013I wear a 36C, but STP was out of stock, so I ordered a 38D. I had read reviews that the bra was stiff. To my amazement, the 38D was shorter in lenght than any of my 36C bras. It barely reached around my back. It was a pretty bra, and I could see it would have been useful, but it has boned sides, and it is very wide, so there was no way I could wear it. It felt like a corset. I had ordered the ivory and the black. Both were over an inch too short. I think they were mismarked seconds. BAck they went
Verified Buyer Reviewed by impossible from Jackson, MS on Monday, December 24, 2012The fabric here does not feel very good: not awful, but not what you'd want everyday. On the other hand, for some garments, this bra will work better than others would, and it's good enough to keep.
Reviewed by Gloria goes shopping from San Bernardino, CA on Friday, December 14, 2012I missed out on these last time STP had them in stock because I wasn't sure of fit and sizing. I kept meaning to go try them on in a store but before I could do that, they had sold out! Since then, I've read a lot of positive reviews, and when I saw they were again available, and the price was so good, I thought I would give them a try. While several reviews suggested going up one cup size, others said these bras run true to size, so I ordered my normal size, and they fit perfectly. I purchased both colors, and I'm very happy with my purchase. While this is definitely a full-coverage bra, it is not as bulky as I expected, and is very comfortable while being quite supportive. The lace is very pretty and stays smooth over the cups without bunching up. This will be a lovely alternative to wearing a cami under all of those tops that are just a little too low-cut. Glad I got these, and will be buying more of this brand (at least the underwire style)
