I have tried all kinds of canes to assist my weaker left foot. This one is just about perfect! It's so lightweight, strong and flexible. Great on the trail, or around town. The cork grips are very comfortable and the cane adjusts easily. I loved this cane so much, I bought another one!

I bought this for my father (age 83) for added stability when walking, especially on uneven ground. Other reviews suggested it is a good product for older folks as well as those getting over an injury or surgery, and this is certainly the case. My father, who had refused to try a conventional cane, says he had no idea how much he had needed something like this. It looks sporty and outdoorsy and with the rubber cap on the end, it is great for indoors, sidewalks, parking lots, etc. I'm certain this is also a great product for more agile and adventurous folks on hiking trails. Lightweight and "springy" but good support.

good lite wieght alternative to a hiking pole.

Wear an x-large glove. Found the handle to be a little small and not as comfortable as handle on Komperdell cane.
