I like the fit, I ordered my 'normal' size. As usual I do need a belt to keep the waist from sliding down my hips a bit - but that is all pants for me unless they are a true high waist cut. I would recommend these as they are a good buy at the sale price.

Nice fitting from the front, but super unflattering behind: pockets too small and too high, and the fabric highlighted all topography. Ugh. I bought the tan snake print in my usual size.

I think for a taller person, these jeans would be fine. I got the snakeskin and the color/design looked great. They did not taper enough at the ankles, but otherwise I think if I could have gotten a size 2 (not available) and a petite, I would have loved them. Not low rise.
