They were cut perfectly for my shape but a bit big, so I went down to a 4 on the studded jeans. That's perfect for my 5'6" 123 lb. frame.
Fabric is lightweight with enough stretch to be comfortable but not bag. Can't recommend these jeans highly enough. Please, STP, stock more. -

So I grabbed up these when I saw them on sale. I was not disappointed. The sizing and fit is the same. I washed them and they remained the same fit. The "glamorous shimmer" on the back pockets is a plus - not flashy but adds interest to them. I am very pleased with them overall. I might add that I have been wearing size 10 or 12 petite depending on the manufacturer. These are a 12 petite and I am guessing this is accurate in that they are not as some people describe, vanity sized. I probably could have worn a 10 but I don't think they would have been comfortable in the waist.

Also, a couple white spots (not a small spot, 1/2''x 1/4 '') near the pocket, looks like washed with the detergent mark.

A 12 in this jean is more like an 8. The 14 fit, but the legs are long and a bit wide, even though they are described as SHORT.
