Reviewed by Ben from Denver, CO on Tuesday, August 7, 2012This bottle feels very solid and well built. The opening is, to me, the perfect size for drinking. I got this particular model because I liked the idea of having a map of Longs Peak on the bottle (just for the cool factor). However, the actual map, though labeled "Long's Peak," is not. Best I can tell, it might be Colorado Nat'l Monument (clear on the other side of Colorado). Obviously not going to use this for navigation anyway, but this just seems a bit misleading. Oh, and check the specs if you're planning to use this for backpacking. There are much lighter bottles on STP that work better for that. I use this one around the house, at the gym, day hikes, etc
- Best Uses: Day hikes, Gym, Home
- Cons: Heavier, Topo map not real
- Pros: I like the top, Solid Construction
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Alaska Adventurer from Vermtown, SD on Thursday, July 26, 2012Good bottle. Locking mechanism for cap is nice once you get used to it. Not even a quarter twist and the cap is fully on/off. Mouth size is good for drinking out of but not easy to clean.
- Pros: Secure locking lid
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Sports lover from West Dover vt on Monday, July 16, 2012Disappointed thought they would stay colder then plastic after being in fridge.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by SF Outdoor Enthusiast from San Francisco, CA on Monday, June 25, 2012I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the bottle when it came in the mail. The bottle feels sturdier than expected, and while the lid takes some getting used to (it's a unique fit) it seems quite secure once you get the hang of it.
- Pros: fun, High Quality, Unique
