“Used it on a snow camping trip with a Boy Scout troop near Mt Baker Washington. Blade doubles as an insulator between snow and stove (careful blade could melt if you're not careful).
Collapses well. Handle a little bit "wobbly" but effective enough. Hard to dig in icy snow. Okay in conjunction with ice ax.”
