The description describes this product as "the versatile choice for backcountry dining," and with this I do not disagree; however, I use this product everyday while dining in my home. No longer must I stand staring and an open silverware drawer thinking, "Do I need a spoon, or do I need a fork?" I just grab one of these utensils and I can sit down to dine with my mind at ease. I actually think they make the food I'm eating taste better. These badboys can meet/exceed most all of your spoon/fork needs.
Noteworthy: The serration on the edge of the fork does not obviate the need for a sharp knife in most cutting situations.
