1. Gave as gift to 25 folks in our office. Everyone loved it . People who I didn't even know where campers or survivalists gave me all sorts of praise about the spork and how perfect the size of this one is. They sat down and talked to me about how great Light my fire is for all their camping st...

I bought a few of these to share with hikers, but I'm not going to use this as my utensil. (for life) The plastic is quite flexible and the odd shape is "sharp" and inflexible to pack. I'll take this with me on a few hikes and see how it goes. It is nice and lightweight and the price is right. Better than a disposable fork and spoon for durability.

This spork was a tad larger than I expected, but will fit in my under the seat bag when I fly, and I'll have a spoon/fork for whatever. Have you ever purchased a container of yogurt, and then wondered how you'd eat it? Me too. Spork is the way.

This spork is just a larger version of the original Light My Fire spork, which does gather a few stares around camp at meal time.
Most of my friends have the original size and gave me a hard time, asking me if I was compensating for something with my bigger spork!! The teasing quickly stopped when I was able to stir my food as I heated it without burning my fingertips!!
He with the bigger spork wins!!

Love this thing. Works like a charm even for noodles. My only gripe is that, like another reviewer noted, the sporks dimensions are comically large. It works perfectly, while making you look ridiculous in the process. I wish with the larger version the manufacturer would have made the tool slightly slimmer. The width is identical to the regular sized light my fire spork though. Maybe just seems bigger?
