I had hoped this vest would look nice over fitted tees and t-necks, but it doesn't have much substance. It just hangs there and is rather shapeless, even fastened with the belt. The zipper is very difficult. The color is more yellow than I had thought it would be. The pockets are very nice and placed well, and for the right person the fit might work. I think I will offer it to a younger, thinner person who may love it, but it's not for me.

I knew this vest runs a bit long from the review and the description. So, it was fine with me. And I actually like the fact that it's on the longer side. It is so soft and comfortable and cool looking. I know I will get quite a bit of wear out of it. It's quite unique. But beware it does run a bit tight.

I bought both parts of this outfit and love it. It is definitely loungewear though (it is such high quality, both in fabric, fit, etc. that I do wear it out to do grocery shopping, etc. The pants come unhemmed which I love. That way they can be washed, then hemmed.

I thought the quality of the cotton on this sleeveless jacket was excellent, and the sesame color was a nice beige, however on me the jacket was too long, too tight across the bust (normally wear a medium and it fit like a small, I'm 36B), and when you zipped it and sat down it got kind of lumpy in front. It would have worked to wear it open, but then the belt would be hanging there or tied in back. This jacket might look nice on a tall person, or somebody with a long torso. I really wanted to keep it, but would have had to exchange for a large, and the "lumpy when zipped" factor might have been even more pronounced, and the length and girth around the hips would likely have been even bigger. If the jacket had been shorter in overall length, I might have kept it. I thought the fabric was top quality.
