The shirring is a very lovely touch and a change from the same ol' turtlenecks. Soft and great color too. If it was available in my size, I would order one for myself!

It gets a 4 because it isn't the best turtleneck I've purchased from Lilla P through Sierra Trading Post. But, it has the quality and performance I expect from Lilla P. Note: the best turtleneck from Lilla P is cashmere and my primo shirt (which I also found through Sierra Trading Post and is now out of stock).

The shirring (ruching) creates a slim fit, but the fabric has enough "give" that you don't feel poured into it. Because of the lenghth (long) and the shirring, it works best with skinny pants. The neck is high but can be scrunched down somewhat. It can be worn standalone or layered. I like!
