I'm not overwhelmed by this sweater. But, I think it will be good to wear in the summer over a tank.

As another reviewer points out, this is not short waisted. It is such a versatile piece that will work for day and evening, with a skirt or sleeveless dress. The accessories will make the outfit, and this piece will work seamlessly with however dressy you want to take it. Great value.

Good day to evening potential..a big, splashy pin or even a corsage! Takes the chill off evening walks. Would be nice in other colors/fabrics...shiny lame, homey patchwork.

I will use the sweater mostly for office wear and some casual evenings out. I like that it is different in style and the 3/4 sleeves make it a nice summer evening addition.

I waited forever to buy this as I thought it was a little expensive; however, I am glad I finally bought it. Its so cute. Its a very detailed piece but not fussy. The fabric is very lightweight but obviously high quality. And,if you dont like the big button at the top, its purely decorative so easy to replace or remove as there is a hidden snap closure. Lilla P runs small but this piece is not excessively small. The medium fits me fine and I am usually a small to medium in large chain brands like [...]. Its also not as short-waisted as it appears in the picture, it looks fine on me and I am tall with a long torso.
