“Cute, comfy dress, runs small”

“From my ratings you can see that I think this is a great dress. It's just not flattering on me. The material is thin, but I didn't mind that; it's good quality cotton and stretchy. Something about the neckline and the sleeve length made it not my best look. I like the raised waist and the length which I consider a good length for a short person; looked great with boots (just a bit below the knee - I'm 5'2". I would wear a cami under it, so the low neck wasn't the problem. I guess I didn't like the long and narrow shape of the neckline and thought the sleeves were an awkward length. It also fit tight; I would have ordered the large if I wanted to keep it and I usually fit a small or medium (4P-8P) (I ordered a small and a medium - not much difference but both too small.) I believe this is the same dress as "Lilla P Pima Stretch Tie Dress - ¾ Sleeve" because I ordered that one too and cannot find any difference except the waistband may have been sewn slightly differently. The Lagoon color is a beautiful deep teal or peacock color. Hope this review helps someone, because this is a great dress and a fabulous deal for the right person.”
