“Lovely but a bit odd”

“I agree with the review who said it is low cut. However, it is darling with a camisole underneath and I will not wear it without soemthing underneath. Also, it is neither at the waist nor an empire waist. It would be better if it was a bit higher waisted and I will fix it (because I sew). The color is lovely, the drape is lovely. I am glad that I bought it but it's not for everyone. It's propbably best with a slender torso (hides bigger hips or thighs).”
