Lilla P Pima Stretch Tie Dress - 3/4 Sleeve (For Women)

Nice fabric and beautiful color. The waist was too high on me. (I have a long-ish torso, so this wasn't totally unexpected.) The deal-breaker for me was the low-cut neckline. I was hoping for a dress I could wear to work, but this one just showed too much for my office.

Debated this dress, but soooo happy I decided to purchase it. The reviews were tremendously helpful. The fabric is wonderful and very comfortable - the neckline may be low for some, but I'm sure an attractive camisole would provide the additional coverage. I am on the curvy side and the M was amazingly flattering. I felt like a million bucks wearing this out. Didn't even need support hose as I felt the fabric was substantial enough! Gotta love that!

I'm 5'10", with a slim waist, broad shoulders and large bust/hips. I definitely have a hard time finding clothes that fit just right, and this dress fits very very well. I love the material, its not as thin as some reviewers had me anticipating, it could definitely be layered up for those cooler nights. Material is stretchy and wrinkle-resistant. Color is perfect for me (I'm fairly pale, with brown hair/eyes), its like a merlot. Seems well-made, but I've only worn it once. I would recommend to a friend with similar build, but probably not someone very petite and slender, as it seems to be a curve-hugging dress and it hits below the knees.

This dress is cute and flattering. The color is a purplish burgundy; darker and deeper than the picture. The style and the fabric remind me a little of something a dance instructor might wear. It's stretchy and reminds me of what a leotard feels like. The v-neck is a little deeper than what I normally wear, but I am a 34-A, and it was enough coverage without a camisole. I am washing it for the first time, so I'm hoping it will be as nice as it was before washing.

I thought an empire waist would flatter my smallish figure and bust. But the darts are strangely placed - toward the middle, and manage to make me look even less curvy. It is being returned.

This dress has all the right features to compliment a figure. The fabric is a nice weight and it is very easy to wear. I am 6 feet tall and the skirt hits at my knee. It might be a bit long if you are petite.

I have had many knit dresses similar to this but this fabric is so superior to the others. Soft and finely woven with a good "weight" that doesn't pill or cling excessively. This is a very good investment and will work year round for a "throw and go" dress (plus a small safety pin to adjust the low neck). I'll be looking for more Lilla P items. I'm 5'4", 117lb, broad shoulders and the S is perfect.

Nice versatile dress. Forgiving fabric - curvier girls may need a shaper underneath. Could even transition to maternity. Good for semi-casual office. Not as high end as I thought - but can probably dress it up with jewelry and boots.

Love the versatility of this basic black dress. I wear it for work, travel, nights out. Because it's a knit, it doesn't wrinkle. I wear a 34b/size 2 shirt, size 4 pants but found the medium just the right fit for me. Women with larger bra sizes might feel this calls for more coverage - a cami or a scarf - but on me it's still pretty modest.

I typically wear M in Lilla P shirts, but having a short torso I ordered a S. It fits great, and is not too tight across the chest. This is a great layering piece for fall, with leggings, tall boots, scarf, and sweater/jean jacket in the a.m., and just boots in the afternoon. Looks best with a cami underneath for daytime; the low neckline has definite ooh-la-la potential for evening!
