Reviewed by a boots lover from Santa Fe, NM on Sunday, December 23, 2012I used th1s spot remover to clean my dark brown suede boots. The area the product was applied turned the color of the boots lighter. My boots was quite new and my favorite. It was not dirty. I wanted make my boots water proof. I thought that it would be nice to use water proof spray on the clean surface. I am so upset what this product did to my boots. Now my boots have light spots all over.

This stuff works even better but will smell for a few days. Worth it for the cleaning ability but apply outside and leave your product out as well for several days.
