couldn't get the drawstring waist to tie without looking too boxy in the hips. I am, relatively speaking, slimmer in the waist than the hips, so would probably be good for a lanky person.

I ordered up a size after reading other comments and found it to be too big, so I'm returning for my normal size. I love the fabric, it has a substantial, but summery feeling. Depending what you wear with this, it can be very casual or appropriate for school/work. I'm a pretty casual dresser, so I think I can get away with not ironing this for most wearings. Woohoooo!!! No ironing!!!

This is a great skirt that could be worn in a variety of settings. Depending on the top you pair it up with you could wear it to the beach or to church. The fabric is great-- fairly light and very warm, bright colors. I'm about 5'4" and this skirt hits about right in the middle of my knee cap, which is perfect for my preference.
