“I bought this mug for my mom because she always drinks tea in the morning. However she gets distracted easily so it gets cold. This beautiful, mug has been a great gift to my usually very dainty mom. However, after one drop the ceramic cracked to pieces sooooo while it is very effective at keeping things warm its not so good at staying pretty.”
