I have been breaking them in since the piece between my toes is a little uncomfortable and slips. The leather piece on the foot bed started to come unglued after wearing out only once so I needed to glue down. I do not think I can do any distance walking in these scandals.

These were very small. I did not reorder a 40 since I think they would have been too big on the top leather even with a buckle adjustment. Also, the souls were harder than I like. They are very cute and seem to be well made. I would suggest that for a medium, order 1-2 sized larger than you normal size. The soul might be a little narrow for a wider foot. Worth a try, though.
