Little Bear Cub Snowshoes - 14" (For Boys)

These look like they are going to be great for winter. my son was already walking around the house in them !

My three year old has been out on these twice and they are great! He spent 1.5 hours out on a slightly packed-down trail with rolling hills and the only problem was that they don't grip super well so steep inclines/declines needed some hand holding to prevent slipping. Otherwise, they stay on his feet and the price can't be beat!

I bought a pair each for my 4-year-old and my 2-year-old. The 2-year-old was refusing to go out and play in the snow because he would get stuck in the deep snow. Now he can walk around the yard without sinking in. I thought for sure he'd have a hard time walking in them, but he only falls a little bit. The bottoms are plastic- nothing to dig into ice, so these are a little trickier on slopes or really icy parts. And, as with all snowshoes I've tried before, they still sink a bit in really powdery conditions. There's no right and left so my kids can just grab any two snowshoes and go (which is easy for me) and they're so simple to get on and off which is awesome for little ones who change their minds a lot!

Actually these were for our grandson and he thought they were awesome, we had just enough snow that his sister and him could go outand try them out... He said they helped him get back up when he fell....

This is a Christmas gift so will have to wait to see if he enjoys them. They look very sturdy and cute, so am hoping they work out well.
