No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I'm a size 10 and ordered a medium...yikes! The picture gives the impression that the skirt floats out over the hips but the dress hugged me tight all the way to the knees. Suffice it to say that this is not a good look for me. Too bad! It was comfortable and I had high hopes, but it was not meant to be.
