Lole Practical Skort (For Women)

This is the 4th Lole product I have purchased that just doesn't quite fit right. I am 5'9", 130lbs with very few curves. I ordered a sz 6 which was too small in the waist but fit in the hips...an 8 would have been very hippy so I retured this without an exchange. This skirt is made for someone with a smaller waist and more significant hips. Also, like previous reviews it seemed to wrinkle easily.

This skort had a bizarre fit. I usually wear an 8 or 10 - I ordered the 10 and could barely get it zipped. It wasn't exactly tight in the waist - there didn't seem to be enough fabric put into the back panel of the undershort, which made the rest of the skort much too tight. I try to not pay attention to sizes too much, but no woman likes to think she can't even zip something at the upper end of her size range! In reality, even going up to a size 12 would likely not have solved the fit problem - the product is poorly designed. I would give this company one more try and if I had the same issue I would not order from them again.

It appeared to be a nice skort, but the waist was huge. Maybe I need to bulk up?!

Continue to be pleased with the quality of the Lole skirts. This skort isn't fancy, but has nice lines, is made of quality material, and is very comfortable.

This skort is wonderful! I bought it wanting something to hike/kayak/etc... in that was a little more stylish than my usual. I am SO pleased with this skort! It is stylish enough that I could wear it to work even. The length is not "short" as they say, but hits me right at the knee (I'm 5'4"). The front of the skirt has two slits/vents that make it easy to move in even though it a little longer than your average pair of shorts.The back has a zipper and button closure, and there is a small pocket on your front right hip. Last weekend I layered my lightweight long johns underneath it for a hike up Mt. Juneau and was so pleased with the result! Equally as functional as a pair of shorts, but definitely looks cuter! My partner said, "You're up on top of a mountain, in a skirt, but it doesn't even look like you shouldn't be!" I would love this skirt in more colors!

I love skorts for the versatility but usually wear them to look more formal than shorts with all the advantages. This skort, though, is so sporty it's more for hiking than in town wear. I'm short (5'2"), petite, and happy to show some leg, but even so this is shorter than I would wear at work. But the feel is AMAZING - so stretchy you don't feel it on. On me the shorts ride up under the skirt. The slits are fine, and I like how the waist is low for a hipper 'modern' fit. ORDER UP one size.

I will be in Tulum, Mex. for a dance course this summer. Yikes-the heat may kill me, but this skort will likely get worn everyday. The contour waist is well fitting and very comfortable. The shorts ride up a little, but overall-- the fit is very attractive. I will also enjoy this while camping this summer. Glad I got it.

Really wanted this skort to work. I usually wear an 8 or 10 in most brands, but tried the 10 in this skort and it's too small. The fabric bunches a bit in the front as a result. It's going back, but I have to say, the quality/cut/fabric were all very nice, typical of Lole. Oh well.

I haven't worn it much yet but I hope to get good use on my trip to France and then afterwards this summmer ! Not too short. Love the front detail.
