“I like this raincoat a lot -- it's both functional and stylish, and practically eliminates the need for an umbrella. it's not breathable the way a gore-tex jacket would be, so don't recommend for anything besides walking or moderate physical activity. (I got really sweaty riding my bike in this.) but it's great for a cold rainy wet windy day.”
